By using plant-based, renewable raw materials, we achieve a significantly better CO2 footprint compared to conventional crude oil-based plastics and help to stop global warming.

COMPONENTS

The lid and base of the dispenser are made of bioplastic based on pine oil ob- tained in a side stream of wood & paper production. The production is ISCC+ certified and the material is recyclable in the existing resource cycle. The dental floss is made of nylon 10.10, which is produced from castor oil. The origin of this is the seeds of the castor plant that grows in dry soils and does not compete with food crops.For a natural antibacterial effect, the yarn is provided with organic coconut oil. Vegan vegetable wax supports the sliding properties also provides natural mint oil for fresh breath.

HOLISTIC APPROACH

Compared to conventional disposable containers, our innovative refill system saves a lot of waste without any loss of convenience. The dispenser is user-friendly, robust and stands out from generic products from other manu- facturers with its fresh design.

INNOVATIVE MATERIAL APPLICATION

We are the first manufacturer to use a vegan & plas- tic-free yarn based on castor oil. This is much more tear-resistant than threads made of corn starch and does not compete with food production. Packed in an aro- ma-proof paper bag, which can be recycled, the Tiofloss convinces with consistent sustainability.
